JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: The Quality Control Manager oversees the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards. Their duties include developing and implementing Quality Control tests, inspecting products at various stages, and writing reports documenting production issues. Our expectations for all members of our management team are to have the ability to create a positive and motivating environment while instilling a culture of accountability. Salary based on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Ensuring that products adhere to high quality standards.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Calibration, RMA’s & Supplier returns.
- Working according to deadline for the delivery of products.
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
- Performing detailed recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCES, and OTHER REQUIRMENTS:
- Quality Background: ISO Knowledge
- High School Education
- Outstanding attention to detail: ability to create thorough reports.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with customers, as well as train and mentor employees while adhering to Company Standards.
- Knowledge of Form, Fit, Function: understanding of the product to accurately preform all facets of Q.C
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
AUTHORITY:
- Reports to The Vice President of Operations
- Request Policy/ Procedure changes.
- Rejects parts: Can shut down production if needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
