Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handles customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature or forwards such inquiries to the appropriate resource.
- Maintains professional and courteous customer contact.
- Exhibits high understanding of SLIPNOT’s products and applications – training to be provided.
- Communicates with customers via phone, email, or fax.
- Reviews RFQs and prepares quotations, proposals, job pricing.
- Obtains credit or legal approval as necessary.
- Coordinates job startups and maintains communication with customers regarding scheduling for the start-up and follow-up on jobs in progress/completed.
- Maintains customer information and sales tracking in ERP software (Salesforce or Business Central).
- Ability to work regularly and dependably.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Must be able to utilize good time management while working on several different projects at the same time.
- Coordinates with vendors to obtain pricing and lead-time information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce strongly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with SolidWorks a plus
