Mediquip Parts Plus, Inc. is a small family-owned business that sells parts for medical equipment. We also provide tech support and offer training classes on how to service that equipment.
Currently, we have an available position in our Customer Service/Inside Sales department. Ideal candidate would have experience in answering phones, taking orders, and using a computer. We need a self-starter who is reliable, organized, a multi-tasker, and is willing to go the extra mile to help our customers. A positive attitude is also essential for this position. We are willing to train the right individual as long as you can demonstrate that you are reliable, committed and hardworking.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answering a multi-line phone
· Quoting customers and entering orders into the system
· Using technical manuals to help customer’s find the parts they need
· Scanning and filing of paperwork
