- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for product consultations, measurements, and installations. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and convenient appointments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the floor covering products offered by Floor Coverings International. Provide information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Trust Building: Establish and nurture trustful relationships with customers through excellent communication, reliability, and a customer-centric approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and any relevant information in the company's CRM system.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, installation, and other internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous service enhancement.
