Hawkins Water Tech is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work in partnership with the Elkhart Office Manager and Customer Service team to create an environment that provides an exceptional customer experience, resulting in loyal customers and successful business outcomes for the Hawkins Team. Daily responsibilities include frequent interaction with customers both over the phone and in person, assisting with account recovery and other administrative duties as needed.
Customer Service Representative duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide customer support by answering phones and care for walk in customers
- Invoicing and route delivery processing
- Assist in the account recovery process
- Set up new customer accounts in the system
- Loading product for drive-through customers
- Operating a forklift for warehousing inventory
- Provide support to the field sales team
- Support service manager with customer and service tech schedules
- Participates in training opportunities to enhance personal development
- Complies with all operational policies and procedures of Hawkins Water Tech including an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Unwavering interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility and problem solving in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer focused and team orientated player
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure, compassion and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Customer Service experience strongly desired
- Complete honesty and the highest level of integrity is an absolute requirement

Average of one Saturday per month: 8am-12pm
