Position Overview:
- Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) provide superior service exceeding customer expectations.
- The CSR will focus on the specific needs of each customer, every time, directly and with the support of other team members, to promote long-term relationships and an outstanding Customer Service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process incoming telephone calls, faxes, emails and provide a variety of services to customers
- Directly address customer requests/concerns for the company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly
- Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders
- Daily sales entry
- A/R collection calls
- Participate in self-directed work team environment
- Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED
- At least one year of Customer Service/Operations Support preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel)
- Adapt easily to new software, multiple information management dashboards
- Work Schedule 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
