Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Customer Service Representative (CSR) are responsible for processing qualification reports, employment application documents and conducting qualification-related activities for job applicants on behalf of our clients and communicating hiring decisions to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Organization and follow-through are necessary in this position. Normal operating hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete data entry into an Employment Management System (EMS);
  • Conduct employment verifications;
  • Order all required onboarding reports;
  • Review all employment reports along with application for completion and accuracy;
  • Provide quality control and follow through on file completion, including all payroll paperwork, correct I-9 and signed policies and procedures; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, data entry, recruiting, safety or related field
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite as well as various technologies and platforms
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Transportation Industry is a plus, but other Customer Service experience will be considered
  • Ability to manage job stress, interact effectively with others, exercise patience, and use positive language
  • Ability and willingness to learn processes/procedures and to participate in ongoing educational activities
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve client questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to maintain an attitude of confidentiality as it pertains to applicant screening information
    • Ability to follow and abide by DOT, FMCSA, HIPAA, ADA all other state and federal guidelines and regulations
