As a Customer Service Representative, you will build key customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities, generate referral business, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market and industry trends. The primary objective is to identify quality decision-makers, provide excellent consultative sales support, and drive profit margins on behalf of our client.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to answer product questions and inquiries
- Identify new business opportunities and produce innovative solutions to drive sales for potential clients
- Effectively communicate and adapt to all types of customers, clients, and team members with empathy and understanding
- Respond to product requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Develop new business by closing sales directly with customers and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
- Shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience is highly preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Results-oriented and solutions-focused
- Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is ideal (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus)

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
