Client Fulfillment Technician

Position Overview

A Client Fulfillment Technician assists customers over the phone with shipping issues/questions, fulfills online orders, and creates return documents, while providing exceptional Customer Service.

Tasks you’ll perform:

• Take inbound customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their order status, questions, and concerns
• Process order fulfillments and return authorizations for core and new part returns
• Create shipping labels and bills of lading as necessary
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up with shipping issues
• Assist Sales department by taking calls pertaining to tracking and calling carriers as needed to resolve fulfillment issues
• Correspond with vendors to process returns
• Ensure Customer Service satisfaction and excellent client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Coleman, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
