Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Answering Customer Service phone calls
· Handling customer requests / concerns
. Entering Time Cards
· Making service work orders
· Pricing of needed repairs for customers
· Scheduling of customer appointments / repairs
· Parts Ordering / Tracking
· Record keeping for consignment & stock equipment orders
· Equipment registration
· Warranty processing of faulty parts / equipment
· Typing / E-Mailing / Mailing estimates
· Filing
· Other office duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
