Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative at Ray Catena BMW of Westchester will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns. This individual will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring a positive experience for each customer. This full-time, hourly position in the auto industry is located in White Plains, New York and is an individual contributor role.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour and is paid on a weekly basis. In addition to competitive pay, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers in a professional and positive manner
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Utilize company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient Customer Service
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evenings, as needed
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
