ASI Group is seeking a B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE /SALES REPRESENTATIVE to work in our corporate headquarters in Yonkers.
We are seeking a friendly, positive, up-beat individual who will proactively:
- Service existing accounts, process orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Organize work flow to meet customer timeframes
- Provide outstanding customer service support to better service customers and improve business performance
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
- Maintain broad knowledge of products and services
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Assist in developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Other duties as assigned
In order to succeed, you will need:
- Prior B2B Customer Service Experience in the Architectural/Construction Industry is a MUST
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and understand computer programs
- Knowledge of use and functions of general office equipment such as copiers, phones and printers
- Excellent phone demeanor
- Command of the English language including reading, writing and spelling
- Previous supervisory experience a plus. This position will be trained to assume a supervisory role in the department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
