Join the Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and expansion of Walmart's Health & Wellness strategy! The Credentialing Specialist - Omnichannel Healthcare Compliance Credentialing Specialist is a critical subject matter expert that will be responsible for verifying and maintaining all aspects of the Walmart Health clinic and telehealth provider credentialing, re-credentialing with the most current NCQA guidelines and internal policies and procedures. In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the credentialing team, business partners, and our third-party CVO to ensure providers are credentialed and privileged in an efficient and compliant manner. You will be responsible for maintaining provider's credentialing files including completing CAQH on behalf of the provider.

- You're a subject matter expert with significant experience in credentialing and CAQH processes for healthcare providers.
- You have specific experience and familiarity with relevant accreditation standards, such as NCQA
- You're process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- You have strong communication skills to interact with providers, leadership and stakeholders.
- You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.
- You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

- Operating with excellence - Perform time-sensitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Building effective relationships - Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with the business so as to secure compliance as the most trusted support function.
- Supporting enterprise and team success - Facilitate timely identification of credentialing-related risks and communicate timely and effectively with leadership to help drive effective mitigation strategies to enable successful implementation of business initiatives.
