Customer Service Representative

Novus Glass has been providing professional windshield repair and replacement for more than 40 years, with 165 locations in 41 states. We pride ourselves on being a leader in the glass industry.
We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative who can wow every guest that visits our store... is that you, join us and experience everything that working for Novus Glass has to offer.
The Customer Service Representative opportunity has a starting salary range from $20.00 to $22.00 an hour based on experience

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional Customer Service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
• Possess a valid driver's license a clean driving record (required)
