Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people, problem-solving, and thrives in a team environment. As one of our Customer Service team members your primary duty would be answering incoming calls for both existing customers or potential new customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be responsible for:

• Handling customer calls regarding service questions
• Resolving billing issues
• Scheduling
• Sales
• Resolving general customer concerns.
• No cold calling required!

To be considered for this role, the ability to multitask & be flexible in a fast paced environment is a must. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:: Starting pay is $14 - $18 per hour + Commissions

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8:00am to 5pm
• One Saturday per Month 9am to 1pm
