Customer Service Rep

Northern Comfort Inc. is a family-owned heating, cooling and plumbing business looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative. Looking for someone with excellent phone skills, strong communication skills, and accurate computer input while on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Engage with customers
• Efficiently handle customer calls
• Schedule service techs
• Prioritize calls and tech openings
• General office functions
• Data entry with needed, using xcel and word

Wage based on experience. Seven paid holidays, health insurance, HSA, life insurance, IRA, 2+ weeks PTO, and employee discount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
