Customer Service Representative
Cable Connection & Supply, an industry-leading supplier of supply chain management and integrated solutions, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Services Representative. This role works at our corporate headquarters in Faribault, MN. In this position, you will be responsible for providing product/services information and resolving problems that our customer accounts could face. To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, one must be patient, empathetic, accurate, efficient, vocal, adaptable, and able to problem solve.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, Identify any potential sales leads
- Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications -
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Hours
Full time –40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate
Depending on experience ($18-$21 per hour)
