We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make travel arrangements for Field Service Technicians.
- Provide administrative support in Customer Service and other departments as needed.
- Assist service personnel with problem resolution and communication of warranties, policies and standard procedures.
- Maintain technician On-call schedules, update departmental calendars, and coordinate and inform appropriate parties on scheduling matters.
- Develop and maintain photo database of equipment, job sites, etc. for use in marketing and communication.
- Maintain backlog tracking logs such as sales order, production plan, and mobile.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
- Extensive prior experience performing mid to high level administrative work.
