We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues or concerns
- Assist customers with product selection, placing orders, and tracking shipments
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Assist Sales with quoting, and potential new customer data entry
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Blueprint Reading
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
