We're seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Field Inspector for the upcoming season. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to take ownership of projects, lead crews, and contribute significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage crews, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Logistics Coordination: Orchestrate concrete orders, deliveries, trucking, and scheduling to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
• Time Management & Efficiency: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity across job sites.
• Quality Control: Ensure impeccable workmanship and adherence to safety protocols on all projects.
• Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary paperwork, including job site documentation, vendor receipts, and dumpsite records.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultations to final payment collection.
