Customer Service / Office Associate

· Job Description

· Accurately enters information regarding sales transactions and order information into Syspro system.

· Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.

· Completes all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.

· Provides Customer Service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, solving customer complaints/questions.

· Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.

· Verifies all paperwork for order processing is accurate.

· Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintains accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.

· Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.

· Light Cleaning

· Warehouse duties when needed

· Customer support

· Support to Sales team when Busy

· Light lifting arranging furniture when necessary

· This job includes learning multiple roles throughout the store everyone is hands on

· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to work a retail schedule (Saturday and Sundays)

· Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. Basic reading and comprehension skills.

· Basic numerical reasoning skills.

· Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner

· Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Outstanding Customer Service skills.

· Knowledge of Syspro system

· Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

· Ability to use vision to read documents and computer screen.

· Ability to use hands to type information into computer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
