Machine & Hydraulics Inc a reputable leader in the construction industry, is actively seeking a Customer Service Intake Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with a focus on ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Intake Procedures: Collect and accurately record customer information, service requests, and inquiries with meticulous attention to detail.

Issue Triage: Assess and categorize customer concerns, directing them to the appropriate departments or teams for resolution.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for service calls, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and company timelines.

Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure customer needs are met.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer interactions, utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-centric demeanor.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage customer information, service requests, and appointments efficiently.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and customer requirements.

Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email systems, and other tools necessary for Customer Service Intake.

Empathy: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide a supportive and understanding approach.
