Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, customer questions and scheduling customer appointments
-Explain how our virtual repair process works
-Aid customers in troubleshooting issues when connecting with their virtual technician during an appointment
- Assist technicians with appointment issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual) is a plus
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
