Customer Service Representative
Intake Dynamics - A client qualification call center company (assisting law firms) is seeking Customer Service representatives in the Cedar Park, TX area. The company is committed to hiring candidates that are great communicators, passionate about helping people, have an outgoing personality, are reliable and accountable and have an interest and/or talent in client services.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Outbound Call Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bi-lingual / English & Spanish (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Prior Law Firm Experience a plus
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to leads to determine qualification of a case
- Use a logic based intake form to confirm information already collected from claimants and collect any additional needed information
- Give general explanation of next steps for the claimant based on scripts and training
- Exhibit accuracy and intentionality throughout the intake process
- Maintain a great relationship showing both empathy and professionalism with potential claimants and team members

Job Types: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible)
Hours: 8:30 am- 4:00 pm Central time (flexible)

We do not require you to have prior legal work experience (although any such experience is a PLUS). The team consists of a mix of different life and educational experiences/backgrounds all brought together by a similar passion to learn and help others.
