### Customer Service Representative **Duties:** - Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals **Experience:** - Previous experience in Customer Service or retail sales preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus - Basic math skills for processing transactions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate technical information about electronics products - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and change - Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
