Hours: Part Time: 30 Hours (Wednesday-Sunday; 4:00pm-10:00pm
Pay: $19.80/Hr.
Answer inbound calls, emails and online requests from a variety of geographically dispersed facilities and provide exceptional Customer Service to the client.

- Research required information using available resources
- Complete data entry using multiple work request applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Adhere to business unit specified client driven standards
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
- Maintain ownership of calls, including follow-ups with escalation team
- Adhere to telephony queue time data to maximize productivity
- Provide accurate, timely client work orders which result in highly satisfied customers
