Job Title: Service Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Service Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Service Coordinator will collaborate with the programmers for CoLiant Solutions to identify when cameras go down and coordinate technician schedules to get the issues resolved and sites back online. This position will also work closely with outside companies if there is not enough manpower in-house to get camera systems back up and running in a timely fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive ticket request from programmers.
- Call customers to alert them that the cameras are down, and a service ticket will need to be created.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets with service logs.
- Communicate service rates and maintain customer communication logs.
- Coordinate material and equipment needed for each ticket.
- Turn billing into the AP office and ensure tickets are closed properly and within a strict timeframe.
- Coordinate and track all communications for service-related items both internal and external to CLS.
- Process device outages and problems quickly and efficiently with Health Check services technician.
- Work closely with the current project management team to ensure technicians have the availability and have an updated list of partners to address issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year prior experience in IT / service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain organized and manage timelines in a fast-paced service environment, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
- Audio, visual (including color recognition), and verbal functions are vital aspects of performing the duties of this position.
- Shift work (24/7 working environment) may require flexibility.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
