*30 day review period paid at $16/hr*
We are a successful automotive dealership looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working on the telephone. You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center that schedules appointments for our Service Department. No Cold Calling!
Qualifications:Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Call Center/phone Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Customer Service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays (40 hours/week)
Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming service due and scheduled appointments
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Recommend additional upcoming services
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service and appointment information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
