Customer Service Call Center Representative-No Cold Calling!!

Call CenterCustomer Service Agents wanted – Earn $17.00-$21.00/hr. (includes a 17.00/hr Base salary + Performance Bonuses)-Great Career Opportunity with a stable and reputable company!

*30 day review period paid at $16/hr*

We are a successful automotive dealership looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working on the telephone. You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center that schedules appointments for our Service Department. No Cold Calling!

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 1-3 years of experience in a Call Center/phone Customer Service environment
• Knowledge of Customer Service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Valid Drivers License 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays (40 hours/week)

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming service due and scheduled appointments
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Recommend additional upcoming services
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide service and appointment information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned
