Job Description
Fast paced fabric converter is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service (Call Center) Representative with a proven track record of commitment and continuous growth to start immediately.
Barrow Industries is a family owned and operated business since 1945 and is a leading supplier of home furnishing upholstery fabrics, offering a wide array of designs, colors and constructions. Barrow prides itself on its commitment to creativity, acting as both a converter and a distributor. Barrow has a diverse audience ranging from designers, upholsterers, retail fabric stores and furniture manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
· Provide direct support to new and existing customers.
· Assisting customers with the placing and tracking of orders, stock checks and other requests.
· Communicate effectively with all departments, including Sales, Operations and Logistics.
· Lead contact representative for furniture customers.
· Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
Qualifications:
· Minimum three years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:30-5:00 M-F
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
