Production Manager

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000/annual

Benefits include medical insurance, 401K Plan, vacation, holidays, and personal days.

Direct Hire position, Glastonbury CT

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all manufacturing and production processes
• Create and execute daily/weekly production schedules
• Overseeing equipment maintenance
• Work to reduce expenses and increase productivity
• Training and coaching staff
• Monitor and report productivity rates
• Implement company procedures and policies
• Supervise employees in manufacturing areas

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least five years of manufacturing operations with management experience
• Experience in production planning/scheduling, safety protocols and customer quality requirements
• Direct experience with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement tools
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems. E2/JobBoss would be a plus
• Experience with chemical etching, metal forming, metal working, is a plus
