Description:
Customer Service Representatives manage a high volume of phone calls (200/day) from incoming patients. One these calls, the CSRs will:
- determine who is on-call at the clinic or hospital the patient is requesting
- find contact information for the provider identified
- obtain the reason for the call
- escalate the call to the correct physician or healthcare provider as identified previously
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus- Spanish or Asian Dialects
