Customer Service/ Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Build business and develop good customer relationships by providing customers with an attentive, friendly, and helpful service
• You will use proven sales/ Customer Service methods to reach and exceed company & personal goals
• Consult with customers to determine their needs and then fit them with the correct and most accurate products and services our clients offer

Job functions:

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
