Looking for an additional customer-oriented service representative in a satellite sales office, responsible for wide-ranging duties. Day to day includes planning and analysis, fielding phone calls, responding to emails and keeping an eye on the big picture. We need an energetic, detail oriented, and flexible individual who thrives on variety and loves food. Job Description
- Order processing: purchase order review and confirmation, coordinating pickups and deliveries, data entry and analysis.
- Inside sales support by sending out price quotes, product information, samples; and manage responses.
- Coordinate closely with customers in regard to samples, purchase orders, delivery status, pricing and delivery issues, out of stocks (if applicable) in order to ensure highest levels of Customer Service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to support business development efforts of the Midwest outside sales team.
- Learn and maintain superior product knowledge to assist in customer support.
- Help prepare for and attend trade shows or customer presentations as needed.
- Follow up on trade show leads and data entry.
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Employment Specifics
- Approximately 30-40 hours per week, schedule to be determined, with occasional extended hours as needed. Opportunity for full-time.
