Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service and/or sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.58 - $14.30 per hour
