SUMMARY:

We are seeking an energetic customer-centric individual to join our team for Customer Service and to qualify leads for YourPark Communities. This position involves answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, collecting information, and actively assisting with pre-sales & marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who can work efficiently from home with occasional travel to our communities. DETAILS:

1. Customer Service:

· Respond with energy and accuracy to residents & prospects.

· Learn company policy and creed to address questions & concerns.

· Successful if you are a:

o People person with positive energy & follow-up expert,

o Can successfully qualify leads & record info to hand-off,

o Can defuse an upset tenant (rare),

o Demonstrate that talking versus messaging/texting moves mountains.

o Be an awesome team player with transparency & updates.

2. Sales & Marketing Assistant:

· Gather resident & prospect info needed for sales and managers.

· Learn & provide basic info for communities, homes, & amenities.

· Post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and industry groups.

· Bonus: knowing how to overcome objections can offer more opportunity.

· Onsite: Open homes for showing (once a week) & visit communities in area as needed.

3. Remote Work:

· Proven track record to work from home efficiently with accuracy.

· Use collaboration tools like Asana task manager & Google sheets.

4. Travel:

· Travel to communities or home openings once/twice a week on average.

5. Qualifications:

· Clean driving record & clean background check.

· Previous experience with references.

· Strong verbal, written communication, and use of virtual communication tools.

· Ability to multitask, plan, and re-prioritize as needed.

· Very comfortable and quick with technology such as posting on social media (Facebook, Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Industry Directories).

· Familiarity with real estate or mobile home park industry is a plus.

Compensation:

· $20 per hour.

· Additional incentives based on exceeding performance standards.
