Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable means of transportation
  • 1 year sales experience minimum

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to set appointments for our sales team utilizing warm leads
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to navigate objections and rebuttals effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to represent our brand effectively
  • Achieve and exceed set performance targets, contributing to the team's overall success
  • Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
  • Attend meetings and trainings with the team
  • Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Experience in Appointment Setting or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrable ability to overcome objections and handle rebuttals
  • Strong work ethic and a "nose to the grindstone" attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills
  • Coachable and motivated
  • Go-getter mentality
  • Sports-minded and competitive
  • Bilingual (a plus)

Schedule:

  • 5 day work week
  • 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
  • Some Saturdays as needed/desired

Compensation package:

  • Hourly pay

Experience: Minimum 1 year sales experience
