Requirements:
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- 1 year sales experience minimum
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to set appointments for our sales team utilizing warm leads
- Utilize excellent communication skills to navigate objections and rebuttals effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to represent our brand effectively
- Achieve and exceed set performance targets, contributing to the team's overall success
- Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
- Attend meetings and trainings with the team
- Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Experience in Appointment Setting or a similar sales role
- Demonstrable ability to overcome objections and handle rebuttals
- Strong work ethic and a "nose to the grindstone" attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills
- Coachable and motivated

Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
- Some Saturdays as needed/desired
