Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer needs & inquiry and offer quotes, estimates
• Process orders, pick tickets and update customer with the shipment details
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma, further education or experience in customer service is a plus
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of computers , Excel and emails.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
