We are looking for a friendly and hardworking employee that would be a great fit to be a part of a family owned seafood market. The Sales Associate provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. The sales associate resolves customer issues and answers questions as needed. They must have knowledge of money handling, experience operating a cash register, basic knowledge of seafood, experience in working with large groups of employees & large groups of customers of the general public, must have full availability with reliable transportation.

Essential Job Duties
- Assist customers in the in-store check-out process; answer customer questions about products and/or services
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Answer customers’ questions and get a supervisor if answer doesn’t solve the issue
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
Weekly day range: Sunday – Sunday 7am -7 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
