Customer Account Advisor - Collections

Aaron's is looking for an individual who is goal driven and desires a career in our industry. The right individual will desire to advance further into store management and exhibit abilities to learn quickly and perform above the average. The individual will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.

Aaron's Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership. Customer Account Advisors can connect and relate well to people, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain things simply and easily, and successfully navigate difficult conversations.

The Work

*Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone.

*Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.

*Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.

*Support the Sales Team as needed

Requirements

*United States at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR(driving record) Pass medical exam as required by Department of Transportation (Paid by Aaron's). Aaron's is a drug free work place.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
