Customer Experience Specialist - Remote/Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction
• Identify and implement strategies to improve the Customer Experience and drive customer loyalty
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling
