Location: North Fort Worth
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm
Compensation: $18-21/hr Depending on Experience
Job Details:
Identify and resolve Customer Service inquiries in a timely manner for consumer or commercial customers reaching out for servicing support through the channels of phone, email, and fax
Provide knowledgeable, professional communication to customers on every interaction
Assist with changes to customer accounts
Identify and correct errors found from other teams to ensure quality information
Assisting with title transfers
Communicate with Vendors to assist with 3rd party purchases
Scan incoming mail to assigned division
Process requests for documentation
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of Customer Service experience required
2+ years of Administrative Office experience required
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus!!
