The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the achievement of company metrics and revenue production.
Key Sub Tasks
- Provide a superior customer service experience to new and existing customers.
- Take inbound/place outbound calls to book service calls and maintenances.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure daily and weekly call count goals are met.
- Ability to make quick decisions based on factual information.
- Assist in fine-tuning our processes and improving the business by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 *
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
