This position requires proper and effective communication with clients via phone, email, fax, and in-person. Routine duties will include, answer our customers calls, conducting accurate computerized data entry, and responding to inquiries regarding shipment tracking, physical inventory and order status working across multiple systems. We have years of experience in our industry, and we are seeking committed, caring, passionate professionals to join our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound and outbound phone calls
- Monitor email communications to keep in touch with customers
- Manage administrative functions of assigned accounts
- Process inbound/outbound shipment and return paperwork in compliance with SOPs
- Manual data entry of orders and other client information
- Electronic file manipulation and troubleshooting
- Up-selling of goods and services when appropriate
- Providing support to other team members as needed
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner with both our customers, and your co-workers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professionalism and an improvement focused attitude
- Fast learner that pays attention to details. You must master our WMS and shopping cart systems and be able to toggle between multiple computer screens.
- Proficient in problem solving
- Efficient time management skills
- Windows PC experience including web browser, and all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- MS Excel and Intuit QuickBooks experience
- High school or GED diploma required
Minimum 2 years customer service experience (Distribution and Fulfillment knowledge is a plus).
This opening is for a full-time position
- Our operating hours are as follows: (7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Mon - Fri) however you will work an 8 hr. shift with occasional overtime.
- Starting pay will be based on experience with benefits offered after a probationary period. Preference will be given to applicants that provide a cover letter and resume reflecting their professionalism.
