Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to provide empathetic and efficient service will make a direct impact on our brand and its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep abreast of new product information and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Production Team, and Human Resources to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Answer all incoming office calls and re-direct to correct department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment.
- Proficiency in another language is a plus.
