Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our phenomenal team!

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced computer and Customer Service skills
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of dispatching experience
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Scheduling experience for HVAC, Plumbers, and/or Electricians
- HVAC or skilled trades experience
