Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, identifying vehicles aligning with their interests.
- Demonstrate self-direction and plan your own activities.
- Address customer queries regarding vehicle specifications.
- Effectively communicate and showcase product features on the lot or during test drives.
- Conduct necessary follow-up activities to maximize sales potential.
- Evaluate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance, creating action plans for efficiency improvement.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience:
- Sales skills with the ability to influence customers.
- Basic computer functions and typing knowledge.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
