Join Our Growing Client's Team as Administrative Sales Support
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships and a knack for problem-solving? If so, we're excited to invite you to join our expanding team as a Vendor and Customer Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating our subcontractor network, managing client relations, and providing exceptional support to our sales and management teams.
What You'll Do:
- Become a Subcontractor Guru: Cultivate and nurture our network of subcontractors, ensuring we have the best talent to meet our clients' needs.
- Onboard New Subcontractors Seamlessly: Guide new subcontractors through the onboarding process, ensuring they're fully equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong relationships with our clients by providing proactive, professional, and personalized support.
- Maintain Client Satisfaction: Visit clients regularly to check in, address concerns, and ensure our services exceed expectations.
- Coordinate and Manage Projects: Oversee active client projects, ensuring job schedules are met and subcontractors are assigned efficiently.
- Administrative Excellence: Create proposals, manage records in SharePoint, and support the sales team as needed.
- Adherence to Guidelines and Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Be the Voice of Our Company: Answer phones, provide general administrative support, and be the go-to person for client inquiries.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role with customer service experience, or equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copiers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
