Logistics Coordinator

Location: Fairfield, New Jersey

Position Type: Full-Time, In person/Hybrid is a possibility

Work Hours: 40 hours per week'

Report to: Director of Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Track shipments, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-orientated, and able to think through logistic challenges critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
