Job Description:

LMD Integrated Logistic Services is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Customer Care Coordinator, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, to join our fast-growing, family-owned organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rates quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing/invoicing questions.
• Post and process billing of accessorial services for all warehouse shipments in a timely manner to ensure accurate reporting to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support.
• Prioritize workload based on shipping dates and services required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain poise in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all shipments are scheduled properly and orders ship as scheduled/required.
• Process over, short and damaged freight claims.
• Effectively communicate with customers, staff and upper management.
• Have a firm understanding of all billing requirements for customer base.
• Maintain a file on each customer with specific requirements/needs and update as changes occur.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year Logistics/Transportation Customer Service experience required
• Minimum 1-year Warehouse Distribution experience required
• Strong work ethic including punctuality and attendance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/WMS/TMS)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
