Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and quick learner Customer Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for answering any incoming calls from our customers and scheduling them into our system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a passion for providing outstanding customer support.
Duties:
-Answer calls from new and existing customers
-Follow up with customers to schedule or secure appointments
-Enter all customer information into our Customer Management System
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both over the phone and in writing
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry
Location:
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
